Since childhood, Jessica has always loved interacting with others and assisting in whatever capacity possible. She held true to this throughout her life and made it her career. She can’t wait to meet with and learn about people, develop relationships, and reach out about exciting new opportunities for her clients. Jess gets excited for her clients and candidates, is empathetic and trustworthy, and brings positivity and enthusiasm daily to others.
Since graduating college with her degree in Psychology from Niagara University, Jessica has worked for 3 staffing firms growing from administrative assistant to recruiter to manager. Her progression and success in the field has inspired her to open her own firm, naming it Progressive Staffing. The 4 steps in the logo represent the 4 steps of her career and the 4 companies.

Kristine Scott
Kristine is a hard-working, dedicated individual who has always thrived in customer service settings. She loves meeting & learning about others and is passionate about helping people succeed. She is excited to continue to develop relationships and work hard for both her clients and candidates.
Kristine graduated from Canisius College with a degree in English and has since held several positions ranging from Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, and HR Coordinator to Recruiter and Management. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and three daughters.
